ACCOSSATO radial brake pumps are used in the Superbike, Moto 2, Moto 3, AMA and Superbike championships: they are characterized by powerful braking and reduced passive travel.

The feeling with the lever is immediate and the braking is always powerful, decisive and without compromise: this result was possible thanks to a reduction in the tolerances of the mechanical machining and coupling of the different parts of the pump.

Choosing an Accossato pump means choosing a Made in Italy product, with unique characteristics from both an aesthetic and functional point of view. The main features that make it a unique product are:

-Cnc machined stainless steel screws and pins

- Handlebar fixing bracket made off-center, which allows to reduce the movement of the pump itself during braking.

The pump seals are made with a compound from Formula 1 and guarantee a long life in the event of use of Accossato DOT4 oil; thanks to a 100% inspection, no routine maintenance is required.

There are two different types of pump bodies: in forged aluminum or CNC machined. Their coloring is made of hard oxide, which guarantees the protection of the pump body for the entire life of the pump itself. Also in this case, the pump body is 100% checked to ensure the total absence of any signs or impurities that compromise its quality over time.

The levers assembled on the ACCOSSATO pumps are black and depending on the type chosen, they are assembled in their standard version or with the K model lever, which has ergonomics with central lightening. On request, it is also possible to request the standard model in the version with the lever for the passage of air.

Adjustable Pumps

The PRS ACCOSSATO adjustable pumps are an exclusive patent of the racing division of the group: in just seven seconds you can change the adjustment distance, depending on the piston diameter:

19mm (piston diameter recommended for dual disc systems)

16mm (piston diameter recommended for single disc systems)

Center distance available for PRS brake pumps: 17 - 18 - 19

Center distance available for PRS clutch pumps: 15 - 16 - 17

Brake pumps with jointed levers or fixed radial lever

For two-disc systems, brake pumps with a diameter of 19 are recommended

For monodisc systems, we recommend brake pumps with a diameter of 16
