The hydro stop bolt is used to connect the after market brake/clutch master cylinders and footpegs to the stock electrical system so as to be able to use the switches that operate the stop lights and contacts with the clutch. The Double version differs from the Single one due to the possibility of connecting two pipes instead of one (for example on "direct" systems).

The M10 x 1.25 version is normally used on Japanese master cylinders while the M10 x 1.10 version is used on Italian master cylinders.
