The Akrapovic silencer for BMW S 1000 RR is a Slip On silencer that replaces the original silencer.

Available in two versions, both built entirely in Titanium, Heat Shield in Carbon, and approved for use on the road, they differ only in the material used for the sheath.

It can be combined with Akrapovic manifolds, but be careful in this case the homologation is lost and the exhaust becomes very noisy.

In this case we recommend the purchase of the optional V-TUV108/1 db-killer.

Performance measured on the S 1000 RR 2015 model:

Maximum Power Increase: 2.2HP (1.6kW) at 10100 rpm

Weight reduction: 2.0Kg

Maximum Torque Increase: 1.8Nm at 10100 rpm

The muffler has no db-killer as it was created to be mounted on the original collectors.
